The Mothman, featured in the theatrical film the Mothman Prophecies, is a real monster first sighted in Point Pleasant, West Virginia just before the famous bridge collapse. There have been numerous sightings ever since then just before natural disasters and calamities. Some think it's the work of Mothman's paranormal activity.
